Why has this been a problem for the past 10 years? Still nothing being done. Leaning Trees, branches touching the grass and power lines, trash in the woods, yard waste/debris too.

A notice has gone out to the owner regarding the overgrowth, the re-inspection is tomorrow August 16th. Are the trees you are referring to on the tree belt or the property?
