During City business hours, this should be reported to the Traffic Dept. by phone at 617-349-4700. If after hours, please call the Police Non-Emergency Line at 617-349-3300.

Is the traffic dept committed to having somebody respond to these requests within a few minutes? If not, it is not really a meaningful solution.
