Description
3735 has had multiple times where work has been done without permits. A new hvac system was installed by unlicensed contractors which then damaged the inside of the unit, leaking causing the bathroom ceiling to collapse and damaging interior ceiling by the attic hatch and closet, leading to large amounts of mold. Reconstruction of bathroom was once again done without permits or inspections, ac drain line was propped up with a plastic cup and mold was not properly taken care of.
Also fixes on the outside of property pertaining to the rear deck have also been completed by unlicensed contractors.
