A health inspector drove by this address today and observed that this residence appears to have some type of a wood carving business. This is not a Board of Health issue but rather is in the jurisdiction of the building department. I have notified the building department of this complaint

Thank you for your response. The Board of Health unfortunately does not have any jurisdiction over any private residence and cannot enter someone's home uninvited.
