Description

The Elan City Center apartments has permanently placed a dumpster along the drive between Polk St and Peace St. I doubt the city approved this as a location for a dumpster as it is exposed and has no enclosure.

Why was this issue closed? The dumpster remains in full view with no enclosure. It is located on Augustus Merrimon Way between Polk and Peace Streets. This area is adjacent to the historic Blount Street corridor and the dumpster is an eyesore and a nuisance. Thank you for looking back into this issue.
