There is an abandoned white Chevy pick up truck, license plate number WXJ2896 Virginia tags that has been abandoned right next to my house for three weeks. I typically park in that spot because the storm drain in front of my house is destroyed and floods badly down the street, making it hard to park there. I would like this taken care of immediately.
