The bottom unit of the white and green house on the corner of Norcross and Chelmsford St appears to be abandoned with sever al broken windows on the Norcross St side. Also, there is often a lot of trash/abandoned items (e.g. mattresses) left on the propery. Hedge out front becomes quickly overgrown and obstructs sidewalk.

yes - the bottom floor has been vacant for a while now, with some broken windows with plywood in them (from the inside). it generally looks abandoned (on bottom), but someone lives upstairs. it's a nice looking house otherwise.
