Hi there — I'm Sarah Levy, Cambridge resident, and I run a low-waste store called Cleenland located at 89A Norfolk Street and I would like to request a bike rack be installed in front of my store to encourage residents to visit by bike!

Thanks for your request. We will evaluate this location, let you know of our findings, and notify abutting property owners if racks will be installed. Please note that sites for bike racks can be limited on narrow sidewalks due to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirement that a sufficient walkway be left open for people with disabilities.
