A silver color Impala LS car with License plate 6XUP602 is parked on Edes Ave, cross street S Elmhurst street for more than a week. Saw today that a homeless person is living there with stuff on top of the car. Walked around the car and could smell pooh and urine . Looks like person is urinating on the street. Yesterday my neighbor noticed sexual activity inside the car. Requesting attention from Oakland Police dept.

Same day on Aug 16 also called OPD non emergency number and reported with Incident #664 of 08/16/19. As of today no police officer showed up. Car is still parked there for 10 days now. 2 persons living there. Prostitution and drug dealings going on.
Oakland Elementary school and Brookfield Early Childhood center is just a block away. The car is parked right across 98 bus stop where kids gather everyday for bus ride to schools
