This car has been abandoned for over 6 months and it needs to be towed away as we can utilize this parking spot in front of our complex. It has a ton of tickets on the windshield and partially opened door. Some of us are handicapped in our building and would like to use this spot when available as opposed to having to park blocks away. Please tow this junk away. Thank you...
