As has been previously established, this section of sidewalk is not the County's responsibility to maintain in terms of the routine removal of accumulated debris or upkeep of the vegetation. The abutting property owners are responsible to keep this sidewalk clear and have been notified of their responsibilities.
The sidewalk has been reestablished - no problem currently exists. This particular service request is therefore closed as it requires no further action at this time. If the abutting property owners allow the walk to fall back into disrepair, please contact us again.
That all said, I do appreciate the information that the property owners did not in fact perform their duties; it is noted in this report which is saved in the system. Should this issue reemerge, this ticket and its history will be taken into account.
