Every one of those weeds are growing on the our neighboring property spanning the perimeter of the fence. Since this claim was originally made, the overgrowth had gotten so bad, that I was forced to cut down entire tree branches, and remove the rest of the weeds with my hands.
If the trees continue to grow through our fence, chances are, the fence will need to be replaced.
If we're getting cited for "improper outdoor lighting covers", I hardly believe the city doesn't have time to send an agent to at least assess the situation.
