Description
I live in the city limits of Huntsville, however, the leak appears to be from an underground pipe supplying water to homes in the Cross Creek Subdivision. After I first notified Harvest-Monrovia Water & Sewer they came out and marked the leak with a blue plastic flag and marked the pavement (see flag near back of garbage can). Note follow-up email I sent:

About 2 weeks ago I notified Harvest-Monrovia Water Sewer Authority about a water leak at the curb between my home 329 S Back Creek Rd NW, Madison and my neighbor's home, 327.
Several days later I noticed a little blue plastic flag had been planted in the grass along side the curb where the leak was and white markings on the pavement.
I just made an attempt to measure the amount of water from the leak going into the storm drain on the other side of my home. I estimate between 6,500 and 7.000 gallons of water per week is coming from that leak. Is there someone else who needs to be notified to get this taken care of?

Julie Freeman (julief1@hmwater.org) responded that she forwarded my inquiry to the maintenance manager. It has now been about 2 months with no action to repair the leak which is getting worse each day.
