Go outside and make some friends! Don't be so anonymous!

How can you make friends when the music is so loud that you can't be heard? And for 10 hours? Very unreasonable.

You go outside and make a lot of poor friends. Instead, I am going to make money.

I love the festivals we have. I love celebrating all things but some people are either sick, have very young children who need to take naps, or folks who work night shifts who sleep during the day. I agree that the music is absolutely overwhelming. There is no reason why the music has to be so loud that it shakes our apartment building. Also, we need to take better care of enforcing the appropriate decibel levels since so many people, especially children, can develop ear damage. It hurt to see babies out in this loud music with no protection.

The non-emergency number was contacted and NOTHING WAS DONE. New solution is needed because what you suggested FAILED.
