The lights at Cecil/Michigan is also messed up, just like the light at Michigan/Central. The lights stay green for Michigan Ave traffic for 60 seconds, but the light Cecil traffic, and Central traffic, barely stays green for 13 seconds.
The traffic is backing up really bad on both Cecil and Central. Their is barely enough time for one car to cross Michigan and for one car to make a left hand turn!

MDOT is not finding your notice. I just spoke ta Valerie at 965-0777 and she does not see a request about this traffic signal?
Do you have a request number from MDOT? Did you email them?

OK. Thank you. MDOT has put in on their list to do this week.
Apparently lots of other people complained also.
(They did this when they detoured I-94 traffic onto Michigan Ave to handle the increased traffic without congesting Michigan Ave. - but t hat was like 2 weeks ago).
