For your information no those items are not stolen. Those guys do what is called scrapping they look through neighborhoods trying to find items or any material that people have put in the trash that they can take to the scrap yard and in turn recieve money for the items. It is a way for them to survive in today's world and put food on their families table. They are just bringing their items to a safe place until they can bring them to the scrap yard where they belong. They obviously cant carry all those objects on their bikes now can they??? Also the lawn equipment isn't stolen that guy rides his bike to work every day and has to bring his equipment to and from his job site. Sometimes he rides his bike all the way to St Pete carrying these lawn tools along beside him. Just another MAN making a living the only way he can currently. Also fyi the scooters on this property are not stolen the residents have already been harassed by PCSO and the officers have already checked the vend numbers on all said bikes and of course nothing came up as stolen. Dont you people have anything better to do then constantly try to figure out something we are doing wrong?!? Just because a few of us have made mistakes in n the past doesn't mean we are still trapped in that vicious cycle of criminal activity. We do not use narcotics and we are all trying to make something of ourselves and some of us are doing it in ways you couldn't fathom doing.We work hard and we are proud of who we are. Maybe you should stop assuming things about people and maybe start with a hello neighbor instead of lets.see how many lies we can concoct to get these people out of our neighborhood. We are good people you would know that if you would have given us a chance to prove it.

Tell the Truth- so your saying they steal from ST.Petersburg and hide the stolen goods at your house for safe keeping until it's time to break them down and scrap them? All the while turning our residential neighborhood into a scrap yard, bring our property values down just so people living with you can make a living. Way to play the victim and to think of your neighbors.

No NSA SURVEILLANCE if you could read or if you took the time out to do your research scrapping is completely legal and doesn't involve the stealing of property if do properly. The men go to various houses or businesses that have thrown items in the trash or out by the end of their driveways that they know longer want or need. Scrappers obtain these items and then take them to scrap yard to earn income. Most of the time the homeowners or business owners encourage the guys to haul these items away because they dont want to have to do it themselves.
