An inspector went out on 9/23/19 and found no cause.

How long is that scaffolding allowed to stay up??? It has been up for three years. Are they just allowed to leave it up forever?????

That scaffolding needs to come down

It's an eyesore and should not be able to go for over three years lije this. They are not doing any work so there is no end in sight. It just makes the neighborhood look bad and dirty.
Why woukd they be allowed to just leave it like this. As far as safety goes, these type of scaffolding are very dangerous. So you're just waiting for a tragic accident.
Why can't they be forced to address the reason why they put up the scaffolding in the furst place? ? Or just sell it off and let soneone build something nicer and cleaner.
