Yes, this section of Cherry St. N.E. between 18th Ave. N.E. and 19th Ave. N.E. has been a flooded nightmare for ages and the city has not fixed the problem. The water floods the street and I am sure there are mosquitoes and slimy mold. Plus, the cars go by at full speed like they are in a speed boat. This problem is a health problem as well. Breathing that moldy water month after month is not healthy at all. Please fix this problem City of St. Petersburg. Thank you.
