Description
Good Morning,
Once again there has been a car accident outside of the 5730 Glenridge Medical Building. This intersection is extremely dangerous to the staff and the patients that frequent the building. This has been an issue for over the past 2 years and yet nothing has really been done. There is an officer that comes around 4 PM but it's rare (some days he's here and some days he's not) and when he is here he's on the phone not really paying attention. Everyday I fear for my safety trying to get through this intersection whether I'm turning left or right. There are many blind spots, on coming traffic never stops and some days we can sit trying to get out for over 10-20 minutes. I am a tax paying citizen in the city of Sandy Springs and I am thoroughly disappointed that nothing has been done to resolve this issue. We need the City of Sandy Springs assistance to help with this on going issue. There is only one way into this building and one way out. Each day you never know if you're going to make it in safely or out safely to live to see another day due to these extremely dangerous conditions. Either there needs to be a stop light or two or more officers in the morning hours of 6 am-8 am and the evening beginning at 3 pm-5 pm. This is a serious matter and needs to be addressed immediately.
