This area is all residential ,so only residents's cars should be parked there. The upper highlands' neighborhood is 100 percent residential.

What is happening to the area at Stevens and Wedge Street? Numerous commercial vehicles are parked on a small lot. There is a 2 family house that has become a multi-family. And now next door to that house on Stevens a poor excuse for a fence has been erected. This neighborhood/street at one time was well taken care of. It's become like Cupples Sq and Lower Pine Street. A "you can do whatever you want." Enforcement policies only applies to the rest of us. Its starting to look like Lawrence.
