This was requested went through SLC first. Ryan Barber [(801) 535-6439 ryan.barber@slcgov.com] fielded the request. He states that it's UDOT property and therefore can't perform the work on non-SLC property. He handed off this request to Robert G. at UDOT who said he'd put it on his list. Would you please work with SLC to figure out who exactly owns this property because both seem to think it's not their jurisdiction and closes the request. The problem is that nothing gets done this way. One of you, PLEASE, have the courage to follow through with this and take ownership. Don't close this request until someone takes ownership of this.

I contacted SLC this morning. The person that I spoke to stated that this is there jurisdiction. She also had me email her the information. I would recommend you follow up with them directly at 801-535-2345
