Needs to be No Parking across from Valentine Ave., Pearl St resident keeps parking there, vehicle does not move for days and weeks at a time, instead of there long driveway. Makes it difficult and dangerous to get in and out of Valentine Ave.

this is not the only issue on Valentine Avenue. There are ATV's that drive up the illegal driveway on 25 Burgevin Street onto city streets. the owner of that address enjoys making a lot of noise with his lawn mowers in the summer at early and late hours of the day. He also screams into his cell phone at odd hours of the night in this illegal driveway because he and his wife are having serious marital discord, which the whole neighborhood has to listen to. And why is a City of Kingston DPW truck plowing this rich person's driveway?
