There is always sticky, smelly sludge in puddles here... maybe the garbage bin's bottom is rusting out or has some other holes?

Yeah it's gross but it's also a restaurant dumpster. They're all like this. You just usually don't see them.

Just went by. It smells much better than it did a week ago. The Rain? As a long time neighbor, the smells come and go with the seasons. The cost of living in the city and having access to great Mexican food.

the cost of living in the city is being aware of the needs of other people...and no.... the smell hasn't improved enough. The restaurant should have a dumpster with a lid and should rinse it out when ir gets empty.
