J. Cars frequently park right up to the corner of the intersection, blocking the crosswalk, and creating difficulty for families with small children to cross. Adding bollards and delineation, as in this photo from Jersey & 3rd, would discourage people from parking too close to the crosswalks. When coupled with the fact that cars traveling south on Coles frequently blow through the stop sign at Pavonia, some Vision Zero safety measures would be greatly appreciated.
