Thank you for reporting this. I volunteer for the Midtown Greenway Trailwatch(bike patrol) and from what an officer told me was they received a memo to remove the camps but they seem to find their way back. Hennepin county railroad authority which oversees the greenway is looking to fence off the bridges like how they did bloomington avenue
