Description

At the intersection, there is construction work being done and I see the workers with the orange vests and they using a saw to drill into the sidewalk. I noticed one of the workers stealing water from my spigot. He was filling 2 large buckets filled to the brim with water and I confronted him and he said he didn't think anyone was home. I am very disturbed that this happened because he entered my private property and crossed my lawn to get to get to the spigot without my permission.
