that is what they will say, but the city ultimately sends a contractor (I think) to do the work. They do a decent job and it appears the curb sweepers have been used more frequently lately (twice in the past couple months v none in over a year before). BUT whomever is responsible needs to do it more frequently.

Reopening. TDOT only services state routes (Parkway included) 3x per year, all others are to be handled by the City of Memphis Street Maintenance on as needed basis, this being one of them. Please forward to appropriate city department accordingly. Since opening this ticket 5 days ago, there are several more branches fallen, debris, AND grass is only getting taller.
