Good morning, Thank you for your question, however, that would be up to the contractor to have a work order to have street lights installed. Maybe start with him and ask if he has applied for the installation of street lights. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for that question.

I've talked to the Construction Manager, he said he doesn't know when Huntsville Utilities will get around to installing them. He wasn't aware that he had to apply for the installation of the street lights also. As it stands we have 8 homes coming to completion without the required street lighting (one every 300ft) per the city of Huntsville. The 8 homes have gone through final grade and have been sodded
