It appears that the tenants moved out and left two disabled cars behind. The trash cans are still laying in the front yard and a full trash can on the side of the house and lose trash scattered all around the yard.

Why are service requests being closed if they are not fixed ?

Instead of placing trash bags inside of trash cans they are now accumulating next to their cars.
Pool next to it as well
Property is an eyesore
