People using Kugler as a cut through while Sycamore is being rebuilt. I've tailed people at 40mph in a 25. Police never around. Speed humps like in Oakley would do well here. My son, and numerous other children walk the sidewalks and crosswalks through here and are in serious danger with some of these drivers. Well known in the community that people will blow right through the stop signs. Need help!
