There's still drug related activities going on in the parking lot. Why are there no arrests in this area for drug related activities?

I think the notion of arresting people is way way premature.
Keegan's is a fine place, well run, good people there, music and art and public service. If there were any "drug related activities", I suspect the first ones to act would be Keegan.

Besides that, they have a profoundly beneficial effect on all of KIngston and Midtown in particular. They are certainly good neighbors, and that block of Prospect Street from St James to the library is a fine mini neighborhood, nice people who have keep their street nice. And St James certainly become a more interesting place with Keegan's.
Keegan's is about as good as it gets.
Thanks on this one, buford

I'll add my support behind Keegan's. Just because someone makes an accusation does not mean there's anything wrong.
Unless the submitter can provide details with evidence, I think this issue should be closed.

"drug related activities"?
What are they? I know you aren't talking about a pharmaceutical conference of local doctors causing a problem, but what exactly is being seen there? What Time of day, and on what days? Are these patrons of the bar, or are people using the lot as a meeting place? Do you call the police when there is an issue? How many times have you called the police?
More info please
