Yes. Over here the the Star Intersection neighborhood, we seem to be in a black hole of finger pointing between Emeryville, Caltrans, Oakland and private property owners. The way I see it, this is all Emeryville and City Hall still has enforcement responsibility for the law, regardless.

This vehicle has been stationary for over one month. There is a stolen Home Depot cart next to it. I would like to leave this issue open until it is resolved. Why does the City of Emeryville unilaterally close the issue with no explanation to us, the residents?

Please reopen this issue. As I wrote, they are stealing carts from Home Depot. The vehicle is occupying parking spaces and junk is piled on the street. It has been there for more than one month. Please resolve. Thanks!
