I am writing to report my neighbor's yard. I feel badly for her, she has a mental illness and her family has basically abandoned her. However, for over a year or longer, she has NOT put ANY trash to the curb! Her ex had to have her committed for a while over a year ago, went into the home and found over 30 bags of garbage stuffed in cabinets around the house. That is the summer where we killed over 20 rats in our backyard and in yards surrounding my home. She apparently was dumping food in her backyard. Now, after over a year of not disposing of her trash, she is throwing trash into her yard. I do NOT want to start seeing rats again! She FINALLY after months and months of not mowing her backyard, mowed, after she was given a warning from the county regarding the condition of her backyard. PLEASE come and enter our backyard if you want (1707 Vestment Court) so that you can see the trash that is being dumped in her yard.
