Property does look atrocious ventnor do something!!!

Yes ventnor please help! Between the grass the rotted and missing bulkhead and the deck railings that are collapsing over and gone there must be some type of code enforcement can be done to force this homeowner into acting like a respectful neighbor and homeowner here in Ventnor!

We go by this house daily, it is a constant eye sore to the people of the neighborhood that keep their house nice. The grass is out of control. The bulk head is falling. The house is in shambles. I feel bead for the neighbors who live on this block and the people who pass on the water who have to look at this mess. Something needs to be done with the homeowner... Clean it up

This house is an absolute disgrace. And it's a disgrace that ventnor allows the heights to turn to the ghetto of the city by allowing structures like this to continue existing. Especially allowing the owner to get away with the bulkhead rotting away !

CERTIFIED LETTER WAS SENT YESTERDAY.

The lawn is cut but did the letter include repair of the bulkhead where boards are missing or repair of the unsafe condition with the deck ? Under ordnance 2017 - 16 it says the home owner must repair it or face $1,250 fine then community service then jail time. Is this going to be enforced?
This eye sore is getting old to those of us who upkeep are properties. Having him come by once a summer to cut the grass is not going to cut it for those of us who pay our taxes and follow the rules.

Salt water continues to flood onto Derby which cars and trucks drive through. I can't stress strongly enough that salt water does terrible damage to cars and trucks. Body rust is the most obvious result but damage is also done to the steering racks, suspension and wiring connectors. What the heck is Ventnor doing about the serious problems that this abandoned property is causing?

I don't get why this properties bulkhead is allowed to rot away at the worst flooding spot on the island with out repercussions.... What is going on here???
