Trash left outside on the curb, again. Neighbors have seen rats in our neighborhood for the first time in 30 years because of this house’s trash. Last week that neighbor reported them leaving a couch and coffee table on the sidewalk for a couple weeks... The city came by and put a $200 ticket on the couch, but they just moved the couch between the house and garage, as you can see in the picture.
