About two weeks ago, I came up to this intersectio to find police, fire, and medical personnel. I don't know how many accidents it will take before someone fixes it.

I personally was almost T-boned at this intersection. I was coming from St. Thomas on Valleybrook and I HAD THE GREEN LIGHT to turn left onto Baltimore Pike. So total moron sped right threw the intersection, even though they had a red light. If I wasn't cautious, I wouldn't be here today. People are always in such a rush morning, noon and night, and don't obey the rules of the road!

how do you fix people's stupidity and bad driving habits?

Hey Troll, I've lived in this area my entire life. And I use Valleybrook to Rt. 1 because I LIVE ON VALLEYBROOK. Do you seriously have nothing better to do than make smartassed comments on a traffic site ? Loser !

I Am a Firefighter With The Chester Heights Fire Company and the corner of Valleybrook Rd and RT. 1 is in our coverage area. I can confirm as a firefighter that we have responded to many accidents here in the past. We advise motorists turning on to RT 1 from Valleybrook Rd to wait about 3-5 seconds after the light has turned green. That way you will be able to see if someone is coming to fast to stop.

We Do get a lot of accident calls to this intersection.
