Description

There are multiple dogs roaming outside of this property at 4949 Fulton Mill Rd. They have been observed multiple days. I spoke to a neighbor who informed me there are dogs in make shift pens also and they are not being fed or watered regularly. They indicated they would define it as animal cruelty. Authorities are needed to search the property. The three dogs visible from the road need help. The dogs on the property that cannot be seen from the road often fight. I have more pictures than this application allows me to post. I have placed food today for them.
