Description

A motorcyclist thinks he/she is a formula driver and drives through Harvard Street to Ferry Street at 6am every single morning. The super loud voice wakes up the neighborhood and this has been very frustrating to my whole family. From the sound of the motorcycle, it would be at least 40mph, which is very dangerous in a small one-way street.
