Description

This morning around 1:40 a.m. I noticed a blue road road bike(old sports road bike) that was abandoned on the sidewalk. Looks clean but have break issues. DO NOT KNOW WHO IT BELONGS TO!!!
Need to know who owns it.
It is clearly stolen because there were few people discussing how the guy just dropped the bike and ran!
