Description

This is not my address where this roll cart is laying over on its side. The wheels are missing. The new family living at this address appears to have brought their cans from previous address.
This roll cart is very unsightly laying over on its side with the bare axle showing. Please remove this roll cart. We have enough homes in this area (Windtree Villas) where people are renting and could less about the upkeep of their yards are homes.
