Under the trees where the chess tables and also where the grille and pinic tables are. You will find beer cans and diffrent types of trash. And you have homeless people who now are urinating near the tables and sleeping on them at night.. the area stinks. Can we have maybe HPD swing by randomly and get out of their Patrol Units and check those areas. Maybe that will keep them from gathering at night and ruining the park.
