Drivers use Barren Rd as a "cut-through" from West Chester Pk to Malin Rd/Bryn Mawr Ave. Drivers travel in excess of the posted 25 mph speed limit, especially during morning commute hours. This is also when children are walking to their bus stops. Not once in my 10 years here have I seen a single officer patrol or stop speeders. It would be nice to have "speed humps" installed, like those on Valley Forge Rd in Radnor.
