Didn't you know, they "close" issues by sending out notice that it has been "closed." The words "fixed," "remove," "cleaned up," etc. are never used. They just CLOSE it. Remember to vote in November

That is garbage just like what we the people who live in midtown want pickup or cleaned up. Just drove by the area yep still a mess. And someone almost hit the homeless guy because he walks out into traffic. Wow
