My neighbors and their home have been a constant source of aggravation for the past 4 years. The house and property are in violation of just about every code pertaining to property upkeep. The vegetation overgrowth is horrendous and is affecting my property and could potentially seriously damage my home if these matters are not addressed promptly. With all of the positive things taking place in the area, it's a shame these residents are not willing to comply. I am constantly having to spend my own money on brush removal due to their gross neglect concerning their home. I've spoken to other residents in the area about these people and learned that multiple complaints have been made, yet the property remains in the state that it is. I would appreciate some action take place that results in serious change to the property. Thank you.
