What?!!?

I can't believe that someone wrote in on this. Isn't this a dead issue. If you have a problem with the owner go and talk to her. There are never any intoxicated people wandering the streets and parties are a rare occurrence. Yes, there are several vehicles in the DRIVEWAY and if you looked you would see that they are all registered. Would you rather they park on the road? I don't know where you are getting your information from but clearly it is not accurate. Again, if you have a problem with your neighbors speak to them first, or better yet, go next door to that police officer's house. I would think that if anyone should have an issue it would be him.

There are 6 registered and insured vehicles parked at this address, two of which are parked in a lower side driveway and are not visible from the street unless you're being nosy. Those 6 vehicles are the same ones that are "coming and going at all hours": people going to and coming home from work and school between 3am and 10pm, and I'm not sorry if our full-time employment or college education are inconveniencing you. The occupants of this house live together in harmony even with our conflicting schedules, so how is it that a neighbor could be so intolerant of something that doesn't have any bearing on them. Given the distance between houses in this neighborhood I find it difficult to understand how "Ken" would even be aware of the comings and goings of his neighbors, nor how he could be bothered by it, unless he had nothing better to do. I have yet to see any "intoxicated people wandering the street at night", but if there were then they were unaffiliated with this address. As for the zoning concern: I will only address the rental aspect because the "Party/drug house" designation is both unfounded and not covered by Planning and Zoning. This is an owner-occupied single family dwelling with an approved accessory apartment and we are in compliance with all local and state regulations that pertain to such zoning. I hope that if you have any future concerns you would be willing to come talk to me (or at least leave a note in my mailbox), rather than making unfounded accusations on a web post not intended for this purpose.

What kind of dogs? Color? Size? Breed? Sex?
