Your Welcome I don't if you noticed but I reported all the issues that were listed here on the seeclickfix website. They were reported online all of them on the City of Little Rocks website by sending in a service request to 311 online.

Thank you Matthew for letting me know that the City of Little Rock came out and made repairs.

Matthew also too for future referance instead of posting issues online on seeclickfix that is city repair related here are suggestions for next time to call the city of little rock at 1-501-371-4510 or go online to www.littlerock.org click on 311 online citizen request. Then on the next page you will see on the page customer service requst service please select in the search boxe with a down arrow point at your bottom then click on the arrow select the service you are requst there will be a list in the drop menu to choose once selected then click go. Next fill out all the 1- 6 information click submit and you done. Also you will be given a confirmation number to check the status of what you reported. Thanks!
