This is a complicated one. There is a vehicle in the drive way that the owner recently put a cover over. The only reason for the cover is to hide the fact that the registration and inspection is out of date as the car is a junk vehicle. It is red primer and when it does run, it barely runs. About the only thing the owner uses it for is to sit in it to smoke his joints. This vehicle and all the trash in the backyard of the house actually belongs to the neighbors at 5308 Parkview Dr. The elderly woman that use to live at 5312 is no longer at that address. Yes these people have been reported numerous times.
