Almeda Avenue is a five lane street with two active north bound lanes and two active south bound lanes with the middle lane to be use as a left turn only lane, but the fading is so bad, that the markings are misread. I too have witnessed many a drivers making a left turn from an active lane, and holding up traffic instead of using the turn left only lane. This section that runs north and south for at lease two miles needs restriping.
