Hello, I call Fiesta Food Market directly and ask for the Loss Prevention supervisor and tell them the location and how many carts and they have a truck and trailer and collect carts all throughout the district and the city. As far as trash in the right of way, that is something our FST landscaping crew takes care of and collects. I can direct them to that location and advise of the debris. Thanks you.
