  I support safe driving by City of Oakland employee when using City of Oakland owned vehicle. I have witness countless time City trucks and cars being driven recklessly, including OPD vehicles. I have witnessed OPD Officers flagrantly violating DMV regulations, e.g. not using turn signals, not making a full stop at a STOP sign, unsafe lane changes (non-emergency). OPD Officers and other City employee set a bad example for the public. Bad examples have bad consequences.
